Arduino LED Coaster
thingiverse
I built an Arduino-controlled coaster that keeps track of my water intake at work. Each LED shines blue for exactly one hour before switching to green, signaling that it's time to drink another 8oz glass by the time the next light comes on. By day's end, I've completed eight glasses. To keep me on pace after eight hours, a new color is introduced to remind me. In this video, I sped up the timer for effect. My coworker loved the design but rarely drinks water; since she takes medication, I tweaked the timing to suit her needs now: whenever an LED shines bright, it's time for her meds. How do you plan on using this coaster?
