Arduino LCD button faceplate
thingiverse
This LCD shield kit with buttons from Adafruit works best when paired with a Carlon electrical box, like the 4" x 4" x 2" version available at Home Depot for around $7.00. Note that this box doesn't have any pre-drilled holes for sensor wires or power, so you'll need to add them yourself or find another box with the necessary openings. You'll also require a paperclip or similar small pin to activate the reset button. The STL file comes in two versions: one with text on the buttons and one without. For dimensions, your custom-made box should be 101 mm x 101 mm high and wide, with holes spaced 3.625 inches center-to-center. As for your faceplate, you'll need it along with four M3 x 10 mm screws and nuts (though the latter are optional if you prefer threading directly into your board).
