Arduino I/O shield mount
thingiverse
I am designing a custom mounting system for an Arduino board equipped with an Ethernet shield. The mounting system consists of two main components: the I/O shield and the mainboard mount. The I/O shield features a precise cutout that allows for easy installation of the Ethernet shield, ensuring a secure and stable connection. Meanwhile, the mainboard mount is carefully designed to accommodate the Arduino board itself, providing a snug fit and minimizing any potential strain on the board's components. One notable aspect of this design is the inclusion of a cutout in the mainboard part, which is specifically intended for use with a PCI-e riser card. This feature enables users to take advantage of high-speed PCIe connectivity without compromising the overall integrity of the mounting system.
