Arduino Drill Template

Arduino Drill Template

thingiverse

This drilling template is specifically designed for creating Arduino mounting holes near a surface's corner. Our team, the Motorola Explorers, have been working on constructing robots controlled by Arduinos that sit atop plexiglass pieces, necessitating accurate hole placement. This handy template simplified drilling for all 16 of our bots. The template is configured for a 1/8" drill bit, and the corner distance can be customized in the OpenSCAD file. To print the STL file, opt for a .3mm layer height, 15% infill, and 1 extra shell. Adjustments to the offset are made by editing Xoff and Yoff values within the source file.
