Arduino clock box

Arduino clock box

myminifactory

Hi everyone! This is my first design made in Autodesk Fusion 360. It is a simple box made to hold arduino, digital clock, thermal sensor, light sensor and pixel display. While it is functional it looks great as well thanks to low polygon front plate. Assembly instructions: Print main box (decide if you want hole for light sensor). Orient the cutouts for displays to touch the bed. Print with supports in order to properly print screw holders. Print front plate. Print with supports. Print back plate. Decide if you have thermal sensor, if you do, print the separator. Optional: Spray paint the outside walls of all parts (I have painted mine using silver to give it more shiny look.) Screw the main board in using the cutout in the front with M1.7*4 screws. Screw the display from the front using M1.7*4 screws. Screw the analog clockfrom the inside using M2.6*6 screws. Screw the thermal sensor using M2.6*6 screws. If you have light sensor, hot glue it in the cutout on the side of the main box. Slide in the separator (to furthermore protect it from internal heat). If everything works as intended, you can glue the front plate to the main box now. Close the box using the back plate, it should be a tight fit so no screws are needed. Plug it to the power At first it may seem like a lot of steps but the workflow is quite intuitive. I hope you will find this model useful. If you have any notes, comments or suggestions please let me know in the comments. Notes: You can use slightly different screws but they might not work as great I can't remember the exact dimensions of the larger screw so I just measured it by hand  Just to be sure I have primed the plastic before applying spray paint Everything is connected to D1 mini chip The analog clock is 4-Digit LED Display Tube, 7-segments, TM1637, 50x19mm from Robotdyn The sisplay is 0.96" 128x64 Monochrome Graphic OLED Display Module - SPI from DisplayModule I would go for layer height between 0.12 and 0.2 mm.
