Arduino Box
thingiverse
A compact container, designed to hold an Arduino and a shield, features a swivel base for secure positioning. Despite its simplicity, this creation offers a solid foundation for future projects. Photos lack depictions of standoffs for the Arduino; eight small circles with central holes will be used to construct four stands using the same technique as the bottom feet. Crafted from 3mm birch, an 8.5 x 11 inch piece suffices. Ensure proper alignment and flushness when gluing the feet to prevent binding during opening and closing; file edges if necessary. Opt for white glue due to its ease of sanding. Finally, apply two coats of Minwax clear stain for a polished finish.
