DIY Lab Power Supply Project with Variable Output Controlled by Arduino All other outputs, 3.3V, 5V, and 12V, will be monitored by the Arduino controller. The plan is to use parts and modules easily available from Aliexpress at a low cost. A case designed to fit any standard ATX power supply requires drilling four holes in the PSU. This case can be printed without supports. I have included a 0.3mm layer in the screw holes to create a platform that keeps the print tidy. These will need to be push-drilled out after printing. The outputs include GND, 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and Variable (controlled by Arduino). A USB port is wired to the 5vsb connection on the PSU, which allows you to charge a phone with the PSU turned off. Most PSUs have a 2.5A 5vsb.
