I'm feeling a bit under the weather today. My body feels heavy and tired, like I've been running a marathon without even breaking a sweat. Every time I try to lift my head off the pillow, it takes an extra effort that leaves me breathless. My mind is foggy and disoriented, making it hard for me to focus on anything for more than a few seconds before I feel myself drifting off into la-la land again.
