Architects of the West Kingdom Collector's Box Insert / Organizer - Holds All Expansions

This is an insert / organizer for the collector’s box of Architects of the West Kingdom. It holds the base game, Age of Artisans expansion, Works of Wonder expansion, the promos included with the Collector’s Box, the five extra player mats from the 2018 Kickstarter, and the three additional apprentices from the 2018 Kickstarter. Depending on whether you sleeve your cards and how thick your sleeves are, you should also be able to store additional promo buildings and apprentices. Here are some features: * Individual player trays for storing the workers, artisan, and virtue/influence/cathedral markers. * Two resource/silver (money) trays, one for each end of the table. I made the wells fairly large on these, so it is easy to remove the resources and there’s essentially no need for carefully stacking them in the trays. The silver wells support metal coins. * A new tax stand that stores in one of the card trays. The tax stand that Garphill Games posted was a bit too tall to fit vertically in the box, so I made a custom one that is a little shorter but also a little thicker. It is large enough to hold about half of the metal coins in the game, so it should be large enough for most games. * A tray for storing the Wonders in custom-shaped slots. * Support for premium sleeves. In one of the photos, I show 85 apprentices sleeved in Paladin premium Ragnar sleeves (90 microns thick). It is a cozy fit, but there’s a bit of additional room if you happen to have a few additional promos. Although I don’t sleeve my cards, I temporarily sleeved these and then used them to set the sizes of all the other card wells that hold the larger cards. I set the sizes for the smaller card wells based on Paladin premium Arthur sleeves (also 90 microns thick). As a test, I also sleeved 85 cards in Sleeve Kings (60 microns). They are in the right-hand slot of the photo of the large card tray. When compressed, there is room for several more cards in that slot. * Supports vertical storage and passes the upside-down shake test. * Separate slots for nearly every type of card. [Not sure why Thingiverse has made this text larger than the rest. It previews correctly but enlarges when posted.] Here is where everything goes: --In the large, double-wide vertical card tray, the buildings and apprentices go in the two largest slots. One of the smaller slots holds the crafting cards from the Age of Artisans expansion, while the other smaller slot holds the new solo cards from the Works of Wonder expansion. --In the smaller vertical card tray, place the original solo cards, then the small rewards cards, then the small black market cards. The last slot holds the tax stand. --In the flat card tray, split the debt cards evenly across the two small card wells. For the larger cards, place the contribution cards in one slot, the wonder cards in another, and in the final slot, place the black market overlay and the original solo and 2P bot reference cards. This flat card tray also has a ledge that runs along one side that helps keep the main game board from shifting in the box. --The original x5/x10 multiplier cards go in the tray with the score pad. There is a recessed well that holds them just under the player aids that came with the Age of Artisans expansion. * I have included several cutouts in the trays for finger holes to make them easy to get in and out of the box. To achieve the insert as shown, print six of the player trays, two of the resource/silver trays, and one of everything else. The photos show how to layer all the trays, game board, and manuals in the box. I have included the original OpenSCAD files in case anyone wants to improve on the design.
