This innovative remake boasts an even more robust mounting bracket, paired with a computer fan specifically designed to harness electricity, coupled with a bridge rectifier to convert electrical pulses into reliable DC current, a solar-powered circuit board to seamlessly regulate charging and photoperiodic control, and a high-capacity battery to store generated energy. The CPU fan's housing has been expertly dismantled, allowing the direct wiring of its leads onto the motor coils; the reason lies in the built-in controller, which efficiently drives the brushless motor with pinpoint accuracy. To take it to the next level, I've incorporated a compact bridge rectifier, capable of converting AC pulses into stable DC current. Moreover, I opted for a repurposed solar landscape light as the control board for regulating battery charging and LED illumination when environmental conditions become dim enough to trigger the photocell's activation. For added protection, the circuit board was thoroughly coated with insulating paint, safeguarding it against moisture-related malfunctions. To seamlessly couple the turbine and generator, an elastic band serves as a crucial link. Although this initial design isn't devoid of minor flaws, manifesting as makeshift "band-aid" solutions to issues that cropped up during development, it nonetheless offers valuable insights for potential refinement in larger-scale designs. Notably, the generator was unfortunately installed on the opposite side and securely fastened, which shouldn't hinder its future applications; ideally, it should be situated at the back, providing a propeller-like tail effect that optimizes wind resistance. During thorough testing, this prototype successfully withstood gusty winds of up to 80 kph, yielding impressive results. Now's the time to break free from dependence on polluting energy sources – join the environmentally conscious movement by harnessing nature's power and joining "the grid-free generation"!
