For smooth operation of the gears, they can be lubricated with silicone grease or any other. The layer thickness 0.2 - 0.3 . I printed my model with a thickness of 0.3. Use the support (touching bildplate) Build plate Adhesion - Brim . The model is large and takes a long time to print, so you can use a different scale.
