I Design Models Using Archimedean Spiral as the Foundation for My Spiral Moving Fish. The Equation r = a + b * theta Defines the Archimedean Spiral. As Theta Increases by the Same Amount, the Distance Between Each Segment of the Moving Fish Also Increases. To Keep Segments Equally Spaced, I Calculate All Angles Between Segments Using the Find Parent Angles Module in My .Scad File. For More Precise Control Over Models Between Segments, I Divide All Parent Angles Found by the Find Parent Angles Module into Several Sub-Angles Controlled by the Children Per Step Parameter.
