Set the slicer wall thickness or number of perimeters so that the arms and teeth of the wrench head are solidly constructed. No infill or supports are required as PLA is remarkably strong enough and the print is not sensitive to layer height. The wrench's narrow design allows it to be used on either side of the plunger nut, regardless of whether the plunger is mounted to a bow. The skeletonized holes can also be utilized for passing through a 5mm Allen wrench to provide extra leverage and torque in case the plunger becomes stubbornly stuck. This wrench appears capable of handling more torque than its original Beiter counterpart, but it's essential not to utilize this increased torque when installing the plunger! Only lightly tighten the plunger to the bow. The additional torque is beneficial in case the plunger does become stuck over time, which may occur if you fail to regularly remove your plunger between practices.
