These arrow shafts are specifically designed for Beman Easton Carbon Composite Arrow Shafts, featuring slim Procomp 1416 (7/32") x 32.5" in length. The outer diameter measures 0.21" (7/32", 5.5mm) while the inner diameter is 0.15" (5/32", 3.85mm). Frustrated with finding nocks and points only for arrow inserts, I crafted modified ABS inserts for these older carbon shafts. To print multiple arrows, simply group them together. The insert shaft can be extended to 18mm without the need for glue, with a 12mm tip length ensuring sturdiness while avoiding breakage. Beman's 5.5 outserts can be used for nocks, and my next project involves exploring these further. The design was created using Autodesk Inventor Fusion.
