<p>This is a mostly 3d printed fletching tool. Suitable for fletching arrows with 3 fletches.</p><p>The frame is based on 20mm by 1.85mm flat Aluminum stock from the hardware store. The spacing between components can be adjusted to suite your use case.</p><p>Requires magnets similar to those used in cupboard closers. For the feather clamp 3x washers &lt;20mm outer diameter. The adjustable magnet housing is screwed into the aluminum frame, either by tapping with a thread tap or under sizing the whole and letting the bolt create its own thread.</p><p><br>And a bunch of 3mm Bolts.</p><p>For the fletch clamp the pivot is just a piece of 1.75 mm filament. The clamping force is provided by two 19mm bull dog clips, to stop the bull dog clips slipping off allying a short piece of double sided tape may help.</p><p>Using the setup for me, so far so good. I have also added "brass" insert compatible parts which will take M3 4.3OD x 5mm brass inserts. Additionally using an angled L section of aluminum will help greatly with rigidity.</p>
