Archer A18 F1C Original Airfoil Micro Drone Propeller (38.23g thrust @ 3V)
thingiverse
This micro drone propeller was designed using the **Archer A18 F1C Original** airfoil and thoroughly tested on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester**, with all results listed below. The propeller was printed at a slow speed, utilizing a 0.2 extruder nozzle at 0.04mm layer height. To achieve a smooth finish, I employed a **Precision Knife** to carefully clean the final part. Following this process, the propeller underwent sanding using a small piece of **500 grit sandpaper**, ensuring an optimal surface texture. The following measurements were taken for various voltage values (also visible in the accompanying images): * At 1.5V, the propeller weighed 9.24 grams * At 2V, it weighed 19.15 grams * At 2.5V, it tipped the scales at 27.57 grams * At 3V, the propeller reached a weight of 38.23 grams The attached files include all the test images, along with six txt files containing airfoil coordinates, STL files, and SLDPRT files. To utilize this propeller effectively, you will need to acquire an **8520 coreless motor**. For further customization or adaptation, use the provided SLDPRT files.
