This model was crafted using Tinkercad, accessible for editing online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/frL1R0cvBQH. It's a gothic window, engineered to seamlessly integrate 1/2 inch insulation foam into wargaming terrain walls and ruins. Use the window insert as a template to carefully cut out the hole - you can always adjust the size as needed if it becomes too small. The foam was carved using a ballpoint pen, finished with miniature paint.
