Arcade Twist Button Dial for MAME games

This is a highly versatile three-in-one button dial that enables players to seamlessly control both left and right rotations of a turret or arm with just one hand by twisting it accordingly, while also allowing them to fire by pressing it down. The accompanying short video showcases its assembly and action: https://youtu.be/I34hM2YKkFE. This particular dial is distinct from quadrature-encoded spinners or eight-directional knobs; instead, it is a bipolar toggle dial that seamlessly incorporates a push-button action. It is ideal for MAME versions of classic arcade games such as Ikari Warriors and Tron, among many others. The hole into which this dial fits is slightly smaller than the standard 1 1/8-inch (29.5mm) hole found in most arcade machines. However, it can comfortably fit between holes that are 24mm to 27mm in diameter, as only metric measurements are utilized here. The Housing component requires printing with external support, but the remaining parts print directly onto the base plate without any raft or support required. Enjoy this unique and practical accessory! We would love to receive your feedback and appreciate any insights you may have regarding its usage. Nov 18th, 2015 Update: A new addition has been made in the form of shim.stl, designed to adjust the dial for compatibility with a 1 1/8-inch hole. Users will need to install one shim on both the top side and the underside of the control panel.
