I bought this coin door "for home use" which meant no mechs on backside. This part mounts over / using two original screws to allow you to use a microswitch to be activated when the coin reject button is pressed. It's designed to be friction fit but put a hole you can line up and put small bolt (or toothpick) in to hold if required. The hole on the side is for a bolt that could hold a wire harness for a bulb to light the space if desired. Printed as shown in image with supports.
