Arcade push button cap, plunger

Push button of the arcade cabinet. It's essentially the plunger - that part you push. Can be quite handy for remixes. Parameters: You can specify a file's properties like height and diameter, and also choose between a flat or concave surface. For some reason, concave only works for 22mm since I ran out of time to make it work properly everywhere else. Convex will be added later too - you could give that a go yourself if you're interested!
