Here's a small modification I needed for a K-Shootmania controller. The design could be improved, but it works as intended. It's made specifically to accommodate 6mm wide encoder shafts. I've included the .blend file so you can modify this model if you need to. **Update:** The hole was initially misaligned, but I fixed that issue.
