<p>These are based on upperpeninsulaplastics's <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2771521">Ultimate Retropie Joystick Controller</a>. Thanks for providing a .step file!</p> <p>These are the changes to my design:</p> <ul> <li>Tabbed holes that work for snap-in buttons</li> <li>All other buttons to front</li> <li>Moved joystick slightly up to have more hand space</li> <li>Changed buttons to a transitioning layout</li> <li>Removed support and holes for RPi, as I'll use these mainly with a PC</li> <li>Moved Zero Delay Arcade controller board location </li> <li>Added some decorations with layering</li> <li>Added stepping to holes so that they print perfectly without supports</li> <li>Changed holes to M3</li> <li>Changed joystick plate socket for my hardware.</li> </ul> <p>I used a kit similar to this <a href="https://amzn.to/2AQSUHf?tag=revensanchez-20">DIY Arcade controller kit</a>. I've seen slight variations in the plate size and some controller boards have a USB type B socket</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p><strong>Rafts:</strong> No<br/> <strong>Supports:</strong> No<br/> <strong>Resolution:</strong> 0.2mm<br/> <strong>Infill:</strong> 20%</p> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>Print files as they are positioned, disabling auto-positioning in your slicer. The inlays should line up.</p> <p>I don't have a multi-material printer, so I print the inlays first without skirt or brim or any other support that would get in the way, then set the temperature of the nozzle to PLA and change the filament with the bed still heating. Then I print the second file over the inlay, being careful to disable autoleveling for this second print, as the probe could potentially knock into or need to go down right over the inlay. Homing should be fine, unless you home over the inlay obviously.</p> <p><strong>[Obviously, this was designed before Prusa Slicer had pauses or filament changes...
