I made a cover for the switched IEC power receptacle on my home arcade game. Since the connectors on the back of the receptacle are 120VAC, I wanted to install a finger safe cover to prevent accidental electrical shock. This mounts over the back of the receptacle, and it has holes that line up with the screw holes in the receptacle, so that I could use M3 bolts to secure the receptacle and the cover on opposite sides of the hole in the arcade cabinet.
