This is a set of replacement plungers for Baolian 30mm arcade buttons sold at Microcenter. The labels are embossed so they can be filled in with model paint. Acrylic also works well and is easier to clean mistakes, but is less durable. I have also used resin in a different color, dripped into the embossed area and light cured with a lamp. The following buttons are available:Player 1 StartPlayer 2 StartSelectABXYBlankI have included the CAD files for Fusion 360 if you want to relabel them.To replace the plunger:Remove microswitch from the bottom of the button.Squeeze the two ears on the bottom of the plunger that actuate the microswitch. There is a spring inside so it may pop out a bit.Pull the old plunger out.Place the spring inside the new plunger.Compress the spring into the top of the plunger then squeeze the two ears a bit. Slide the plunger into the button body.Reattach the microswich.Print SettingsPrinter: Elegoo Mars 2 ProSupports: YesResolution: 0.05 (50μm)Material: ABS like resinNote:I printed these in ABS like resin on a SLA printer. I think they can also be done in PLA/PETG on a filament printer.
