Arcade button for use with micro switch

I decided to create my own arcade buttons using micro switches that I have access to. The ones I chose simply press into place without needing any glue. However, the length of the button on the micro switch can affect performance - if it's too long, you may need to file down the small shaft on the inner piece for a smooth action. On the other hand, if it's not long enough, you won't get enough "push" and the button will feel off. I used 3/8"x5/8" springs from an old kit to give my buttons some spring back, which worked well, but you can probably use different springs depending on your preference. The finished buttons fit snugly in a 28mm hole.
