Arcade 1Up 10 Degree Deck Shim
thingiverse
Note: this project is still in progress. Improvements to design or control deck for better fitment is HIGHLY encouraged! This is a shim made for adding a ~10 degree slant to your control deck for a more authentic look and feel and match other A1ups with slanted decks. Attention!!: ALWAYS drill pilot holes BEFORE drilling into your cab! You can SPLIT the wood, and I am NOT responsible for you splitting or breaking your cabinet. Directions: Step 1: Print two shims per cab Step 2: Cut out part of control panel tray to accommodate for more space to let the panel sit further back)(Pictured) Step 3: Place shims between control deck and control deck, making sure the shim is against the back side of the channel (Pictured) Step 4: Make sure the deck is completely seated down and back Step 5: Use a drill to make pilot holes and use wood screws to secure deck to cab. (be careful not to crack the plexiglass protector
