Arca-Swiss grip for telephoto lens

From doing a lot of shooting with a long, heavy lens, I wanted to be able to support the weight further out than the tripod mount/grip allowed. I'd been using a 200mm Arca-Swiss style quick release plate for this purpose, but it was a little uncomfortable, so I created this: smoother, fits in palm, keeps the wrist at a more comfortable angle. The improvement is significant, especially that far towards the front of the lens, though it does make tweaking focus a lot harder ;-) Original design was in one piece, but this meant the grooves that engage the QR plate needed support and thus a lot of cleaning, so I broke it into two pieces with the grooves now facing up - join with epoxy or cyanoacrylate. Ideally, the fit should be snug enough not to slip off the end, which may take some sizing adjustments or filing, especially since aftermarket Arca-Swiss style plates can vary by a few tenths of a millimeter. EDIT 01/23: Uploaded a new, cleaner base that prints vertically, giving more strength to the mounting surfaces (won't split layers.) Also able to be test-printed for 10-20 layers to check fit against your Arca-Swiss plate, and adjust as needed. The Tamron 150-600 G2 version already has the Arca-Swiss grooves engraved into the tripod mount, but it's slightly wider above the grooves than below, so I made another base plate to accommodate this (TelephotoSupport-BaseWider.stl). You only need two pieces, so if you're mounting to a standard AS plate as shown in the photos, you won't need this. IMPORTANT: This isn't intended to be used as a carrying handle and shouldn't be allowed to hold the entire weight of the lens - I can't vouch for the material strength. Used as shown, it shouldn't be stressed anywhere near enough to break.
