I decided to slightly alter the aesthetics of the arc and add a few new features. 1) The binary switch : Some people have high pressure and others low pressure in their homes . In order to better control the flow of the arc, the binary switch allows the user to adjust the flow with a dial and always get the same pressure when using the binary switch. This is intended for children who wish to take a sip of water without making a mess. 2) Extra angles: I have added an extra swivel in the arm to free up the arc of water so it can flow in any direction. 3) The crud cup : The small dish under the counter is to collect all of life’s crud. Where the faucet meets the counter is where I always have a ring of pink mildew and dust and… crud. In this design the faucet doesn’t touch the counter so the “crud” will slide down and collect in the cup. The crud cup is dishwasher friendly.
