The 3D-scanned skull from Arborio mastodon site in Orange County, New York, was captured with a Go!Scan 50 on June 1, 2018. The remains were unearthed when heavy machinery was used for excavation, resulting in the loss of the top half. Museum Specimen Number: VB102. This artifact is courtesy of The State Museum of New York. It was scanned by Virtual Curation Lab.
