Arabic Letters

Here are a list of challenges when interacting with individuals who primarily communicate using Arabic language: People often get confused because most keyboards and phones don't support inputting these characters correctly, especially the character 'ya' (also known as "yaa" or "" - the second one is used as "i" at the end). Most computers will replace this symbol when copying and pasting text into programs. It can be a significant challenge for many non-native Arabic speakers who have no prior knowledge of how to use this system of letters correctly. To address this problem, we suggest using Unicode fonts. In most countries today it is easy enough to change the input settings in most browsers, as well as some computer operating systems to support and recognize these symbols, especially 'ya', which would help avoid any difficulties when reading Arabic texts that were created with special characters (characters used for languages such as Chinese, Arabic and Hebrew etc). By recognizing this unique writing system you can more easily understand and participate in interactions online and otherwise, without having to struggle with what is basically just symbols.
