I took the design from Turpinator and changed it a bit to make it stronger, a bit faster print time and more versatility. Mounting holes on top are on 25mm centers on one side of the jig and the bottom side is a bit less (146mm span). I didn't fix this from the design of Turpinator because it didn't matter to me. 25mm center is typical for Imported Fiber Lasers so this will work for that. ------> This remix was designed for laser engraving companies / individuals. CHANGES: Fixed the annoying and likely to break pin's in the design. I cut them out and replaced them with 6mm holes for using steel pins. <Notes below for details> Removed the "block" inside trigger guard area, it isn't needed and some lowers could touch it depending on how they lay out the lower part of trigger guard. Counter Sunk screw area's to allow flush fit of button type screws. Filled in the button hole for mag release (not needed) Filled in the bottom "screw slots", again not needed "dowel pin's" used are M6x40. yes the correct size is 1/4", but a 1/4" pin is far too snug so i used a slightly undersized pin and it works perfect. I broke the design apart for those with smaller printers only able to print one piece at a time. Based off: Pyrex238 #3011475 Remix of: Turpinator #4294476 Ace Hardware Pin Size M6 x 35mm McMaster Carr Pin Size (ideal size) M6 x 40mm McMaster Carr PN: 91595A476 NOTES: Print size is 100% of file size, no re-sizing needed. I print using a 0.6mm nozzle so the print "quality" isn't up to where it would be with a 0.4mm nozzle or smaller, but with this having high quality isn't a huge thing. Print time for a PAIR is 8:23 using my above spec's for printing. I print using 1.5mm walls, 0.2mm first layer, line width of 0.5mm, initial layer line width 103%. Infill is 15% with infill pattern of lines (4mm distance). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you found this useful please comment good and bad so i can improve on it as time goes on. Tip's aren't required but always greatly appreciated if you found this remix to your liking.
