AR-15 Lower engraving jig - mounting holes are 3" apart (vertically) - Lower to be secured utilizing 2 #10 screws, via the mag-release button hole and the fire selector lever hole. -- underside of the jig captures 2 #10 nuts for retaining the screws/lowers/ Use a plastic washer or something to prevent from marring the lower. Make one, youve got a 3D printer. - screws will need to be 41mm long, depending on hole and washer thickness. Cut some to length or use washers to take up the extra thread. - included are 'washers' for each mounting screw to hopefully fit around mating surfaces. - also included dxf of flat areas for engraving on the lower to be used as an aide for designing your engravings. See the remix from by Pyrex238 for really all the details, this was just created from his, then mounting pattern changed a bit, and mirrored for engraving the opposite side. 17Jan21 - Step files added, also added some 80 percent compatible ones that should work with #8 screws in the takedown pin holes. I did not check the required length, print this version, or verify nut fitment. It should work, but *shrugs*.
