I printed the original adapter and the threaded section was WAY too small. Found the specs for the threads (1-3/16"-16 tpi) and added a cutout for a 1/4-20 nut to be press fit in on the back side. Assembled it fits nice and flush. Print in PLA+ at 100% infill. I recommend supports just to help with the threads overhangs.
