This is to adapt your regular AR lower to any picatinny rail mounted stock. Mainly for AR's that do not require a buffer tube, like a 22LR. This is the first version and will try to update it soon. update: after the first trial the rail needs to be lifted off the plug more to work. will try to get to it this week.
