Ar Wing Mini Body
thingiverse
This model serves as an advanced upgrade for the SonicModell AR Wing Mini. The original foam design shatters upon impact, but this version, fabricated from TPU, remains completely unscathed (not a single scratch after a direct crash into a metal pole at approximately 75 kmh). This Thing consists of two parts: a body and a canopy. The body features an opening for the camera https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01N48QUIP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, as well as holes on the bottom for elastic bands (used to secure the canopy), which can then be stretched out to change batteries. The canopy accommodates this battery https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-1500mah-3s-35-70c-lipo-pack.html?___store=en_us, leaving space underneath for camera wiring and a spot for the FS-i6a receiver. Simply secure the VTX antenna to the holes at the rear with zip ties. The total print time for this model, printed at a 0.15 mm resolution + 10% infill with TPU (without any supports), is approximately 19 hours. Fusion 360 files are included.
