AR gas port aligners
thingiverse
Print out the precise size you need for your barrel, then position the non-inner version onto your barrel. Place the circle directly over the gas port hole and use a sharpie or pencil to draw a straight line so you can clearly see the alignment line after installing the gas block. Next, print out the exact inner size you need for your gas block, align the hole in the gas block (typically found under the gas block screws) and use a sharpie to draw a line on the outside of the gas block to match the same hole. If the printed design is slightly too large for your gas block or barrel, simply reduce the size by 99-96% and adjust from there as needed.
