Fixed my broken crossbar using epoxy initially, but ultimately made a quick fix on the printer which worked like a charm. It held up well despite crashing it numerous times without breaking again. The interior design is a bit tight; I used 20mm M3 screws and locknuts on top with 5mm pieces above and below, which has worked fine. Using two 3mm pieces would be a good alternative as well. I will probably replace the crossbar eventually since my initial break was quite severe, so I'll refine the design to prevent such occurrences in the future. Recently, it suffered another critical impact where one of its legs broke completely off during a hard landing. After letting the center hub sit for 2-3 days to allow the ABS glue to set, it's good as new. Nevertheless, a replacement crossbar is still warranted; I'll fabricate a more robust support mechanism beforehand when possible.
