I'm tinkering with my vintage Parrot AR drone 1.0, ripping out all the components and crafting a brand new frame using 3D printing technology. This is just the starting point - I'll probably make some changes after conducting a series of flight tests to see how it handles. My goal in sharing this project is to encourage others to build upon and improve my design. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any free 3D models for this drone, so I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. Stay tuned - I'll post some photos once the assembly process is complete.
