AR-15 Vice Block
thingiverse
You can easily attach your AR-15 to a vice, making it easier to work on its components. This setup allows you to access and modify various parts of your rifle with precision. When it comes to 3D printing the mounting bracket, PLA is a suitable choice if you want a strong finish. However, if you need extra durability or plan to perform heavy-duty tasks like replacing a barrel, consider using nylon instead. It will provide better support for your AR-15 during these operations. Update: Initially, the magazine catch notch was too narrow in the design, causing issues with the vice attachment. The problem has been addressed and rectified, ensuring that all printed lowers now securely lock into place on the vice.
