This 3D model was originally developed with Sketchup 7 and then successfully converted to every other available 3D format. Its native file type remains .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are designed in 3ds Max 2016, rendering them with Vray 3.00. As a self-proclaimed newcomer to the world of spaceship design, this project marked my first foray into the genre, and I eagerly anticipate constructive feedback, knowing that superior models do indeed exist. To create a distinct visual identity, I opted for a striking spotted translucent paint effect that I believe is well-suited to this particular spacecraft. One feature I intentionally omitted was windows; instead, the outer shell mimics a sheet of steel-like glass, offering unobstructed views while protecting the interior from external surveillance. Moreover, the spaceship's versatility is a key concept - its unique design allows it to traverse both space and water, effortlessly gliding through oceans as easily as navigating celestial expanses. The submarine aspect possesses an uncanny ability to dive far deeper than any conventional underwater vessel, further emphasizing this idea of uncharted territory in terms of ship capabilities. Considering this groundbreaking design, I'd be eager to believe that this concept represents the first time a starship capable of traversing both space and underwater depths has been conceptualized. This could also work seamlessly within a science fiction narrative; in fact, its novelty holds great promise as a compelling theme within the genre. Notably, this model incorporates warp-speed capabilities, adjusted according to needs for seamless travel across vast interplanetary and underwater distances.
