Aquila fasciata, also known as the Bonelli's eagle or barred hawk, is a species of bird of prey that roams freely in various regions. This particular specimen was identified by Vieillot in 1822 and has been documented to inhabit areas where its habitat overlaps with those of other birds such as the hoopoe. The pelvis bone of this bird measures 75.3 mm in depth and 49.5 mm in width, making it a notable size for its species. The bone was collected from a location known as Cornudella de Montsant in Priorat, Tarragona, Spain on August 24th, 2007.
