Here's my first draft of this character, inspired by the majestic swordfish and the eerie angler fish. The swordfish's sleek physique and powerful fins served as the foundation for this character's athletic build, while the angler fish's bioluminescent lure on its head sparked an idea for a glowing accent that would set them apart from the rest.
