Aquarium Water Wheel

I want to establish a new fish tank and don't want to pay a fortune to decorate it. I knew I was going to have bubbles and a water wheel was absolutely necessary. This is what led me to spending some time designing this. It's not as fancy as I'd like it but I trust that more experienced creators could enhance it and make it so much more attractive.
