A friend challenged me to build this based on a metal example I found online, which was 25mm, 62mm and 320mm long. Support is only needed for the sticks, so carefully remove the support from the inner thread. I printed it without support for the inner thread and it works fine. To achieve this, you'll need a slicer that can manually add or remove support.
