Use a 1/4-20 screw to thread the hole so that it will fit snug on any aquarium top edge. I designed it to fit my 20gal so it should fit 20-10gal or maybe more depending on your aquarium. The gap is about 1" so if your aquarium lip is less than 1" width it should fit.
