In this project, a splash-resistant LED lighting system is designed for an aquarium. This system can be customized to fit the individual length of the tank. Required materials for 2 LED tubes: - 8x LED modules, 4W, 4500 Kelvin - Thermal conductive adhesive for securing the modules - 2x pre-regulator devices, constant current source 350 mA, preferably splash-resistant as well - depending on desired length, PMMA tube 40x36.00 mm - aluminum profile 15.5x15.5 mm, approximately same length as PMMA tube (wall thickness 1.5 mm) - wiring to internal connections, 0.5mm^2 - connection cable 4x0.5mm^2 - 8x 0-ring, 28 x 3.5 mm (28 mm inner diameter; 35 mm outer diameter; 3.5 mm width; 70A hardness; material NBR) - silicone grease for sealants - 2x M12 cable clips - 6x V2A screws ST 4.2x20 (metal screw; countersink; outer diameter thread 4.2 mm, length 20 mm; material stainless steel) Required prints for 2 LED tubes: 3x tube holder 3x profile insert 2x plug with cable clip 2x plug without cable clip 4x centering Update: Upon request, I have also designed the tube holder with a single clamp.
