I crafted this intake strainer/filter specifically for my shrimp tank. It attaches to a 22mm OD pipe that directs water to an external filter system. The design necessitates a piece of sponge measuring approximately 155mm x 105mm x 20mm in size. To ensure the strainer is safe for aquatic use, I recommend printing it with aquarium-safe materials. Clear PETG is one such option that has been proven to be fully compatible with aquarium environments. Please note that I will not be held responsible if other non-aquarium-safe materials are used instead.
