Aquarium Hamburg Mat Filter HMF
thingiverse
I designed a brand-new HMF Filter for my Aquarium today! Print it out, then cut a filter-sponge piece that fits snugly inside the Filter. Next, feed your pump through the sponge and you're good to go! I also packed mine with active carbon and zeolith. You can easily guide all cables through the tube on top, which needs to be glued in place - I opted out of using support material to save filament. The tube was designed to accommodate a UV-C tubelamp, perfect for disinfecting water from algae and other unwanted substances while keeping your fish safe from the damaging effects of UV-C light. A larger filter surface is ideal for beneficial bacteria to thrive on! I hope you love your new filter!
