This is a handheld device for clearing aquarium glass, which accumulates with algae over time. It requires a small Razor blade to be attached as shown in the image to function properly. This tool has been instrumental in removing algae from my aquarium's inner walls. A similar specialized tool available on the market for this purpose comes at a steep price, prompting me to design one myself and resulting in great success.
