I needed an outlet for a filter I had laying around and did nto feel like spending $50 on the replacement kit that fluval offers.I had a spray bar but it whistled at a high pitch annoyingly.so I designed this elbow tube and outlet horn in freecad.The eblow tube is less than 18mm in diameter.
